License Agreement

Codify CLI is free to use for both personal and commercial purposes under the terms of the following license agreement. By using Codify CLI, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Codify hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Codify CLI (the “Software”) solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Publish: Publish, disclose, display, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
Ownership: Remove any copyright notice or proprietary legends from the Software.

3. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Codify Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codify Inc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Codify Inc. if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License.

6. Miscellaneous

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
